The Baynton West Builders showcase opened there doors on Saturday the 16^th July with an attendance in excess of 2,500 people making it a very successful day.

The display village had 19 homes by different builders, including Alternative Living and Aussie Portables.

Brendon Grylls opened the event stating “ The project would offer residents more choice and create distinctive and attractive housing reflecting the Pilbara’s character.”

Aussie Portables built the Residence a four bedroom, two bathroom home, which also included a study and theatre room, as well as a large entertaining area.

Alternative Living built the multi award winning Pinnacle, an open planned three bedroom, two bathroom home, which also has great living space.

Both homes were constructed on pre-stressed concrete floor with engineered designed steel framed walls and roof. Our Skillon roof and raked ceiling throughout give a spacious energised feeling combined with our unique special design of insulation placed in the internal and external walls  you can feel the difference, this has helped us achieved the highest rating of 8.5 star house in Karratha.
