AMS Successfully Completes Koodaideri Construction Contract for Rio Tinto

June 2011

Aussie Modular Solutions are delighted to have won and completed a $6M contract for Rio Tinto Iron Ore Projects which is based in Koodaideri.

This project includes:

  • 120 person expansion village
  • Various office and amenities which include; 10 floor kitchen, 108 single person accommodation units, first-aid building, geology office, gymnasium, field office, industrial laundries, communication huts both UPS and RPS.

Construction on these buildings started in mid 2010 and were finished in mid 2011. The project was within budget and clients were more than happy with the AMS quality and workmanship.

Koodaideri will accommodate exploration workers, for various Rio Tinto projects.

This is the second major completed project by AMS for Rio Tinto.
