AMS homes have focused on building a environmentally sustainable and energy wise house this design is based on the multi award winning Pinnacle.

This modern modular 3 bed, 2 bath spacious family home is designed for easy living, the open plan offers less heating and cooling costs as well as using less energy.

Our designs incorporate:

• with a balance of natural light
• cross ventilation though design layout and window positioning
• Light weight construction to reduce extremes of temperature
• Our water wise easy care garden limits water usage and maintenance.

This home was constructed in our Perth factory and transported to Mingenew where our team at AMS finished of the finer detail in adding patios and custom designed entry awnings and carport.
